We have 6 Nos. of power presses of capacity 20, 50, 60,75,100 & 350 Tonnes.

Electrical stampings for the fan motors are manufactured in our factory with the help of above power presses under strict quality control. Stamping dies are manufactured with the most advanced equipment like CNC EDM wire cut machine in combination with our highly skilled workmanship.

Zinc plated M.S.Parts and the entire body of the fan is powder coated in our well equipped powder coating plant to avoid corrosion. The combination of best quality coating powder, skilled workers and sophisticated plant gives an extremely good finish to the product.

Winding of Fan motors are done by skilled workers under strict quality control.

With a firm focus on quality, we regularly check and test our products at all levels of the manufacturing process right from the selection of the raw-materials to final despatch of the products. Inspection of the motors mainly for RPM, Watts & Amps. are strictly carried out before despatch.

Our product comes to you in a sealed pack. Motors and other parts are packed separately in best quality corrugated boxes to avoid any damages.

We provide delivery facility within and outsideMaharashtra State to meet the urgent demands of our customers.
